This class is geared to the true beginner. In this class you will learn the basics of pole dance at your own pace. Perfect if you have never tried pole dance, or want a review of the basics. We will learn beginning spins and transitions, and work towards building foundational muscles. Recommended attire of tank top and shorts, or whatever you are comfortable dancing in. Please don't apply any lotions or oils within 12 hours before class.

Pre-Requisites: Pole Stand, Pole sit, dip, fan kick.
This class is for those who have taken Intro to Pole, have the basics down, and are ready to grow their repertoire of moves. We’ll continue to build on the foundations from Intro, grow our repertoire of spins and sits, and really work on combining moves together. This class also introduces climbing and conditioning which will prepare you for the next level. Sample moves may include: tuck spin, long sit, chair spin, jasmine

Pre-Requisites: Pole Stand, Pole sit, dip, fan kick.
Strap on your Pleaser heels! In this class, we will explore concepts of pole dance in Pleasers; this includes technical skills but also explores individual self-expression and sensuality. The class is geared towards level 1+ polers, or people who have taken a Beginner Heels workshop. Knee pads required, Pleaser Heels required (7-8 inch recommended for beginner/intermediate)

Prerequisites: Level 1 (Working on climbs, pole sit, dip, and fan kick).
What to Bring: Socks and kneepads. Heels optional if you are already comfortable in them.
In this class we will focus on stringing together level 1 moves into a full choreography to a song. We may focus on a climb to a pose, low flow, or floorwork elements in the different choreos. Each move will be broken down and modifications will be provided so this is suitable for all level one students.
Example moves: pirouettes, forearm climbs, transitions from the floor, front hooks, and figurehead.

Pre-Requisites: Strong climb, extended jasmine, comfort along sit flows/variations, etc.
This class is for those who have built a solid foundation of pole dancing and are ready to challenge themselves. Level 2 will introduce inverting, intermediate spins, and aerial transitions. We will have a greater focus on conditioning, begin working our side climbs, and play with some more difficult combos. Sample moves may include: leg hangs, superman, Jamilla. Instructor approval is required.

Pre-Requisites: 1-foot wrist-roll pirouette (in heels), knee-drops, shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, crawls.
Strap on your Pleaser heels! In this class, we will explore more difficult heels tricks and concepts. Sample moves might include: kips, knee-spins, fish-flops, drops & slides out of move “up the pole". Build your skills as a dancer by learning challenging choreo across multiple different genres. The class is geared towards level 2+ polers (either in pole level 2 or have completed Heels Level 1) Knee pads required, Pleaser Heels required (8 inch recommended for intermediate/advanced)

Pre-requisites: Level 2+, chopper invert from floor achieved.
Mixed Level appropriate for people who have some comfort in level 2 or people in level 3.
Combos on spin, discussion of how to maintain spin, express drama or tone with spin, and refine “signature combos" on spin.
Heel optional, but be ready to take them off if your encounter a new move.

Level 3 is for students who are ready to begin combining moves in the air. This class will build on basics, combining moves, and learning new ways to move up and down the pole, while concentrating on proper form and gaining strength. We will begin working on shoulder mounts and aerial inverts, while building on your knowledge of basic inverts, climbs, and sits. Sample moves may include: laybacks, iguana, sneaky v. Instructor approval is required.

Let's get raunchy...
Unlock your inner stripper, bad bitch, and sexy slut energy in our "Stripper Flow" class with Veera! This class focuses on channeling your inner sexuality through expressive moves both up and down the pole. Tap into your hidden, or already discovered, slutty energy. This class will not only focus on your sexy self, but also refine your performance abilities by teaching you how to bring the energy to your performances and personal dance style.
Level 1.5 experience required. Must be comfortable with level 1.5 moves, along with comfortability doing 3-5 aerial pole moves in a combo minimum.
Slutty clothing encouraged, but not required! Make sure you have both "slidey" clothes (leg warmers, knee pads, tall over the knee socks, regular socks, etc), and clothing that allows for skin grip (armpit, knee, waist, etc). Clothing will vary based on combo, so bring both! Make sure all bits and pieces are covered, no exposure of private areas allowed (no nipples or crotch).

This strength and conditioning class is designed to build the strength you'll use for pole. You'll build foundational strength with exercises both on and off the pole, which can help you progress quickly and safely. The class is focused on training the muscle groups that will help you learn to climb, invert, and deadlift later on down the road in your pole journey. No matter what level you are, conditioning is key! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. This class is suitable for all levels.

class will follow a hatha-style flow, incorporating dynamic movement, strength-based poses, some longer held shapes, and alignment cues to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion of a variety of dance styles including belly dance, pole, and twerk. Flows may be themed around specific poses, dance styles, or have a more general approach to flexibility.

Sensual Floorwork based off of stripper style flows. We will focus on Sexy fluidity and movements that will be developed into your own style of dance. This class will give you the foundations of stripper-inspired movements while allowing you to be creative and find your own unique style that you can work into your routines. This class is deisgned to cater to your extra sensual, confident self, and teach you beautiful movements that work with your body and mind. Level up your floorwork and your flow within moves. Grab your kneepads or high socks, a pair of pleaser heels, your sexiest outfit, and your alter ego. Get ready to develop your floorwork and your sexy side!
**This class has no pole pre-reqs but there may be some pole low-flow. Intro to Pole is recommended beforehand, but not required.

Join Dar & Alicia and don your favorite sexy dance wear, slip on a pair of heels (4 inches or under, no pleasers!!) or tie up your favorite sporty kicks if that's your vibe! Join us for an hour long journey of cardio, twerk, burlesque, floor work, chair and even some light weights to get your groove on! No two classes are ever the same, but fun is always on the playlist!
This is a bespoke, boutique class you will only find at O-pole studios, so make sure you reserve your spot as space is limited to give each participant enough room! Not sure what to wear? Feel free to email us and we can give you some ideas, but booty shorts, sexy crop tops, frilly skorts, lacy tanks, knee pads(optional, but we always recommend each dancer have some at the ready) and your own sultry touches are a great place to start!!

Whether you're stepping on stage for the first time or a seasoned performer looking to elevate your artistry, this workshop will help you craft a dynamic, inspired routine that captivates and showcases your unique style! This 7-week series will cover how to choose music, build combos, create a character and present your best self on stage! Each week, we'll cover a different aspect of building a routine and performing, including stage presence, choosing tricks, adding personality and even what to pack on show day. The last class coincides with the week of the O-Pole Student showcase on May 18, so you'll be ready to put your routine on stage (should you choose.)
*Open to any skill level, showcase performance not required. Please plan to attend at least the majority of the classes to get the most out of the series.
Week 1: Finding the Flavor - Discover the overall vibe & character of your routine
Week 2: The Bones - Building combos that will be the skeleton of your piece
Week 3: The Meat - Adding transitions & flow that pull it together
Week 4: Finishing Touches - Finding those little flourishes that put the cherry on top
Week 5: Rough Draft - Present a rough draft of your routine to the class for constructive feedback
Week 6: Troubleshooting - Bring any trouble areas or questions to workshop
Week 7: Dress Rehearsal - Put on that costume and do a full run through the week of the showcase!
